摘要
目的:探讨精神分裂症康复期患者应用团体认知行为疗法的价值。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治精神分裂症康复期患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规康复护理,研究组在常规康复护理基础上给予团体认知行为疗法。比较两组患者阴性、阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分。结果:研究组干预后阳性与阴性症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将团体认知行为疗法应用于精神分裂症康复期患者的效果显著,可有效提升患者认知功能,促进康复,使患者早日回归社会。
Objective:To explore the value of applying group cognitive behavioral therapy to patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation care.The study group was given group cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation care.The negative and positive symptom scale(PANSS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of positive and negative symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of applying group cognitive behavioral therapy to patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period is significant,which can effectively improve the cognitive function of the patients,promote the recovery,and make the patients return to society as soon as possible.
