摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症护理中融合行为疗法的临床价值。方法选取2015年10月~2018年10月在我院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,均进行个性化治疗,在此基础上对照组应用常规护理方案,研究组融合行为疗法。对比两组患者干预前后阴性症状以及生活质量评分,探究精神分裂症护理中融合行为疗法的临床价值。结果干预前两组患者各项指标评差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者4个分量表的总分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05),并且研究组的患者得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);入院时两组患者生活质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,研究组患者社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能以及物质生活皆明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症护理中融合行为疗法临床价值高,不仅可以改善患者不良行为,亦能够提高患者生活品质,病情稳定,复发率低。
Objective To explore the clinical value of integrative behavioral therapy in nursing of schizophrenia.Methods Sixty patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups and all of them were given individual treatment.On basis of it,the control group was given routine nursing program while the research group was given integrative behavioral therapy.The negative symptoms scores and quality of life scores of patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups to explore the clinical value of integrative behavioral therapy in schizophrenia nursing.Results There was no significant difference in each index between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the total scores of the four subscales of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of the patients in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After treatment,the social function,physical function,psychological function and physical function scores of the research group were all significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of integrative behavioral therapy in nursing of schizophrenia is high.It can not only improve patients’bad behaviors,but also improve patients’quality of life.The condition is stable and the recurrence rate is low.
