摘要
目的比较氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗首发男性精神分裂症患者的效果。方法选取2018年4月~2019年3月我院收治的50例首发男性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为氨磺必利组(25例)和奥氮平组(25例)。氨磺必利组采用氨磺必利抗精神病药进行治疗,奥氮平组采用奥氮平抗精神病药进行治疗。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分评估并比较两组治疗前,治疗第2、4、6、8周的阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分及总分。结果两组治疗第2、4、6、8周的阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分及总分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利与奥氮平治疗首发男性精神分裂症患者的效果相当,临床应根据患者的情况选择用药。
Objective To compare the effect of Amisapride and Olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode male schizophrenia.Methods A total of 50 first-time male schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into Amisapride group(25 cases)and Olanzapine group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The Amisapride group was treated with Amisapride antipsychotics,and the Olanzapine group was treated with Olanzapine antipsychotics.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores were used to evaluate and compare the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathology scores and total scores of the two groups at the before and after 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weeks treatment.Results There were no significant differences in positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathology scores and total scores between the two groups before and after 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weeks treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Amisapride and Olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode male schizophrenic patients is equivalent.The clinical use of sulfamethoxazole should be based on the situation of patients.
