摘要
巴西一直是中国的牛肉进口重要来源国之一。通过对巴西牛肉出口情况和中国牛肉进口数量、种类和结构、贸易金额等方面的分析,发现中国高度依赖巴西的牛肉且巴西的出口牛肉大部分流向中国,造成中国在与巴西牛肉贸易中巨大逆差的原因包括中国国内牛肉需求大、国际竞争力不足和缺乏价格优势,中国应当通过政策扶持、技术引进和优化进口结构来防范牛肉进口风险。
Brazil has always been one of the important sources of Chinese beef imports.Through the analysis of the export situation of Brazilian beef and the quantity,type,structure and trade amount of Chinese beef imports,it is found that China is highly dependent on Brazilian beef and most of Brazilian beef exports go to China.The reasons for China's huge beef trade deficit with Brazil include China's large domestic demand for beef,lack of international competitiveness and lack of price advantage.China should prevent beef import risks through policy support,technolo-gy introduction and optimization of import structure.
