摘要
2020年双十一加长版的定金及两波尾款支付,使得“尾款人”一跃成为年度十大热词之一。基于鲍德里亚消费社会理论与柯林斯互动仪式链理论,立足电商消费语境,尝试对“尾款人”进行研究。研究发现,双十一在某种程度上已经成为一种符号化消费狂欢。在这场狂欢中,消费者按照时尚化的方式来消费自己、约束自己、控制自己。为了满足虚幻的成就感,“尾款人”在“定金+尾款”模式下加剧了群体间由于经济能力造成的阶层分化,在一定意义上,“尾款人”变成了自我死亡的人。破除“尾款人”消费困境,走出循环式的自恋迷局,必然要将消费的正当性、合理性放在正义的价值维度中加以考量,超越消费主义,丢弃尾款负担,努力贯彻消费正义的价值原则。
The double eleven extended version of the deposit and two waves of final payment in 2020 have made the“final payment group”one of the top ten hot words of the year.Based on Baudrillard s theory of consumer society and Collins theory of interaction ritual chains,standing in the context of e-commerce consumption,this paper attempts to study the“final payment group”.Research has found that the double eleven has become a symbolic consumption carnival to some extent.In this carnival,consumers consume themselves,restrain themselves,and control themselves in a fashionable way.In order to satisfy the illusory sense of accomplishment,the“final payment group”has intensified the class division between groups due to economic ability under“deposit+final payment”mode.In a certain sense,the“final payment group”has become a self-death people.To get rid of the consumption predicament of the“final payment group”and get out of the circular narcissistic obsession,the legitimacy and rationality of consumption must be considered in a value dimension of justice,beyond consumerism,and discard the burden of the final payment,and strive to implement the value principle of consumer justice.
