摘要
目的运用小剂量雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院妇产科收治的100例围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。所有患者均采用常规对症治疗,对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗的基础上采用小剂量雌激素(倍美力)进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者LH、E_(2)、FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者LH、FSH水平均显著下降,E_(2)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组LH、FSH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用小剂量雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者效果显著,能有效促进患者各项激素水平恢复正常,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose estrogen replacement therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with low-dose estrogen(premarin)on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment.The treatment effect and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treat-ment in the observation group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%),the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of LH,E_(2)and FSH between the two groups;after treatment,the LH and FSH levels of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the E_(2)level was significantly increased(P<0.05);the LH and FSH levels of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the E_(2)level was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of low-dose estrogen replacement therapy to treat patients with perimenopausal syndrome has a good therapeutic effect.It can effectively promote the recovery of the patients'hormone levels to normal,and has high clinical application value.
