摘要
随着信息技术的发展和网络的普及,建设全民终身学习平台,开展城乡数字化学习成为一种趋势。我国终身学习平台经过近几年不断的建设和改进,各地学习平台栏目功能不断拓展,页面艺术性不断提升,使用友好性增加,平台互动性增加,地域特色因素和新技术应用增多。河北终身学习平台建设可以基于这些优秀的特征和经验,突出自身特色,建设具有实用性、指导性、便捷性、实惠性、安全性的学习平台。
With the development of information technology and the popularization of network,it has become a trend to build a lifelong learning platform for the whole people and carry out digital learning in urban and rural areas.In recent years,the lifelong learning platform in China has been continuously constructed and improved.After the continuous construction and improvement of the lifelong learning platform in our country in recent years,the functions of the learning platform columns in various regions have been continuously expanded,the page artistry has been continuously improved,the user-friendliness has been increased,the interaction of the platform has been increased,and the application of regional characteristics and new technologies has also been increased.Hebei lifelong learning platform construction should retain these excellent characteristics and experience,highlight its own characteristics,and build a practical,instructive,convenient,affordable and safe learning platform.
