摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠用于哮喘急性发作患儿治疗对肺功能及免疫球蛋白(IgE)水平的改善价值.方法收集本院接收的84例哮喘急性发作患儿,根据随机数字表法将其分作两组,对照组42例行常规治疗,观察组42例于对照组基础上予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,对比两组的症状改善情况与疗效、肺功能、IgE及炎性因子水平.结果观察组治疗后的日间与夜间症状评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的第一秒末用力呼气量(FEV1)、肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速百分比(PEF)水平比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的IgE、白三烯-B14(ITB4)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平比对照组低(P<0.05).结论孟鲁司特钠用于哮喘急性发作患儿治疗可有效缓解其症状、提升疗效,并且有助于改善肺功能、IgE及炎性因子水平.
Objective To explore the value of montelukast sodium in the treatment of lung function and immune globulin(IgE)levels in children with acute asthma attacks.Methods 84 cases of children with acute asthma attack in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were collected,randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.42 cases in the control group were received conventional treatment,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms and curative effect,lung function,IgE and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the day and night symptom scores after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group (P<0.05).In the observation group,the level of forced expiratory volume(FEV1),vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)after treatment were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of IgE,leukotriene-B 14(ITB4)and interleukin-17(IL-17)after treatment were lower than the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium used in the treatment of children with acute asthma attacks ran effectively relieve their symptoms,enhance the efficacy,as well as help to improve lung function,IgE and inflammatory factor levels.
