摘要
目的探讨超声烟雾样回声与下肢静脉血流改变的相关研究.方法选取我院2019年12月~2020年12月共90例经超声检查发现下肢静脉烟雾样改变的患者为研究对象,将存在下肢静脉血栓者设为观察组,不存在下肢静脉血栓者设为对照组,检测两组患者凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和D-二聚体(D-Dimer)结果,并对检验结果进行比较分析.结果90例下肢静脉烟雾样改变患者中,观察组患者52例,对照组患者38例,发现血栓者明显多于未发现血栓者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).观察组凝血异常者38例,占比73.08%;对照组凝血异常者12例,占比31.58%.观察组患者凝血指标与对照组相比有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论超声静脉烟雾样回声改变可反映下肢静脉的血流情况,提示患者血流呈高凝状态,可作为静脉高凝状态的参考指标,指导临床治疗.
0bjective To explore the relationship between the smoke like changes in lower limb vein and thrombosis and coagulation indexes by ultrasound analysis.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,a tpal of 90 cases by ultrasound examination found that patients with lower limb venous smoke change as the research object,and there will be lower limb venous thrombosis for the observation group were set up,there is no lower limb vein thrombosis as the control group,were set up to detect patients with two groups of thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fib),prothrombin time(PT),and D-Dimer(D-Dimer)as a result,and the test results are compared.Resu It Among the 90 patients with lower extremity vein smoke like changes,52 patients in the observation group and 38 patients in the control group,the number of patients with thrombosis was significantly more than that without thrombosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The observation group had 38 cases of abnormal blood coagulation,accounting for 73.08%;In the control group,12 cases had abnormal coagulation,accounting for 31.58%.The blood coagulation indexes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion Ultrasound vein smoke like echo changes can refleet the blood flow of lower extremity vein,indicating hypercoagulant state of blood flow in patients,which can be used as a reference index of venous hypercoagulant state and guide elinical treatment.
