摘要
随着依法治国的全面推进,农村的法治建设显得越来越重要。在农村的法治建设中,不仅要靠国家权力的推进,也要考虑传统文化与民间习俗在农村的影响。而传统和合文化有助于农村民主法治的建设,有助于培育和谐新农村的法治主体,营造和谐的农村法治环境。
In the construction of rural rule of law,we should not only rely on the promotion of state power,but also consider the influence of traditional culture and folk customs in rural areas.Traditional and cooperative culture are conducive to the con⁃struction of rural democracy and the rule of law,to cultivate the legal main body of a harmonious new countryside,and to create a harmonious rural legal environment.
