摘要
自党的十九大召开以来,在新时代全面深化社会治理体制改革的大背景下,乡村治理这一概念被提上了中国共产党社会治理的框架之中。新时代下,在共产党以化解农村矛盾、维护农民权益为出发点和落脚点,在中央全面依法治国委员会发布的《关于加强法治乡村建设的意见》中正式提出了建设乡村法治,实现农村文明和谐发展。
Since the convening of the 19th CPC National Congress,under the background of comprehensively deepening the so⁃cial governance system reform,the concept of rural governance has been put into the framework of the CPC social governance in the new era.In the new era,with the Communist Party resolving rural conflicts and safeguarding farmers'rights and interests as the starting point and foothold,officially proposed the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of the Rule of Law Village issued by the Central Committee to build the rural rule of law and realize the harmonious development of rural civilization.
