大跨度钢结构梁分段吊装施工技术探索 被引量:4

摘要 冰雪酒店宴会厅主梁跨度达到30.6 m,通过将大跨度钢梁合理分段以减小单次起重量,借用现场塔吊标准节作为分段钢梁高空拼装的支撑架,根据塔吊标准节顶部平面构造设计制作槽钢支架,组成“塔吊标准节支架+槽钢支架+千斤顶”的支撑体系,提出了解决大跨度钢梁设置临时竖向支撑的施工难点的方法思路。 The main beam span of the banquet hall of the Ice and Snow Hotel reaches 30.6 m.The lar ge-span steel beams are reasonably segmented to reduce the single lifting weight,the on-site tower crane standard section is used as the support frame for the high-altitude assembly of the segmented steel beams,according to the top plane of the tower crane standard section Structural design and production of channel steel brackets constitute a support system of“tower crane standard section bracket+channel steel bracket+jack”,proposed methods to solve the construction difficulties of large-span steel beams with temporary vertical supports.
