皱皮木瓜果实提取物的护肤活性及其最优工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 皱皮木瓜(Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai)作为“药食同源”的植物,其果实近些年来被发现有很好的护肤功效。通过正交试验测定了9种不同工艺下皱皮木瓜提取物的美白、抗氧化的活性来筛选最优护肤功效的提取工艺。以2,2-二苯基-1-苦基肼(DPPH)、2,2′-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基清除能力为指标评价皱皮木瓜提取物的体外抗氧化活性,并以铁离子还原/抗氧化能力法(FRAP)来测定其总还原力;通过酪氨酸酶抑制试验评价不同工艺下的皱皮木瓜提取物的美白功效。结果显示,皱皮木瓜在不同提取工艺下对DPPH和ABTS自由基均有较好的清除效果,并且具有一定的还原能力和抑制酪氨酸酶的活性。其自由基清除效果和还原能力综合表现最优的为第5组工艺(乙醇浓度为50%、料液比为1/20、提取时间为3h、提取温度为50℃),抑制酪氨酸酶效果最优的为第1组工艺(乙醇浓度为30%、料液比为1/10、提取时间为1h、提取温度为50℃)。结合皱皮木瓜提取物抗氧化和美白功效综合功效发现第1组为最优工艺,提取条件为乙醇浓度30%、料液比1/10、提取时间1h、提取温度50℃。 As a kind of medicinal and edible plant,cockle papaya(Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai)fruit has been founded that have great skincare effects in recent years.This paper will mainly measure the whitening and anti-oxidation activities of cockle papaya extracts under nine different processes through orthogonal test to explore the optimal extraction process based on skin care effect.2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid ammonium salt(ABTS)free radical scavenging ability and FRAP method are used to determine the antioxidant activity and total reducing power of cockle papaya extracts,and tyrosinase inhibition test reflects the whitening effect.The results showed that cockle papaya has a good scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals under different extraction processes,and has a certain reducing ability and inhibits tyrosinase activity.The fifth group of processes had the best comprehensive performance of free radical scavenging effect and reduction ability,and the first group of processes had the best effect of inhibiting tyrosinase.Based on the dual effects of whitening and anti-oxidation,the corresponding optimal processe was the first group with 30%ethanol concentration,1/10 solid-liquid ratio,1 h extraction time,50℃ extraction temperature.
