惠州市2019年市售茶叶中金属污染现况及健康风险评估 被引量:8

Current status and health risk assessment of metal contamination in commercial tea in Huizhou City in 2019

摘要 目的监测惠州市售茶叶中Cr、Cu、As、Cd、Pb、Al、Mn和Zn等8种金属元素的污染现况,评估其对人群的健康风险。方法应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测茶叶中金属含量,应用单项污染指数(Pi)和内梅罗综合污染指数(Pc)进行污染评价,应用目标危害系数(THQ)和危害指数(HI)对其可能造成的健康风险进行评估。结果2019年惠州市售茶叶中除了Cr的检出率为89.76%外,其他7种金属元素均为100.00%,其中有3份红茶样品Cu超出国家农业部标准;Pi和Pc均<0.7;各金属元素的THQ均<1,健康风险等级从高到低依次为Mn>Al>Cu>As>Pb>Zn>Cd>Cr,4种茶叶的HI均<1,大小顺序为乌龙茶>黑茶>绿茶>红茶;市售茶叶中惠州本地产茶叶的金属污染情况与市售茶叶大体一致。结论惠州市售茶叶存在一定程度的金属污染情况,不存在明显的人体健康风险,茶叶中金属元素健康风险以Mn和Al为主,总贡献率为85.19%,是主要的风险元素,应作为茶叶风险优先控制对象,茶叶的金属污染状况仍需持续监测。 Objective To monitor the pollution status of eight metals such as chromium(Cr),copper(Cu),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),Aluminum(Al),manganese(Mn)and zinc(Zn)in tea sold in Huizhou City,and assess their health risks.Methods The metal contents in tea were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The degree of contamination was assessed by both the monomial pollution index(Pi)and Nemerow comprehensive index(Pc).The potential health risks were evaluated by both the target hazard quotient(THQ)and hazard index(HI).Results The detection rate of Cr was 89.76%,and the other seven metal elements were 100.00%in the tea sold in Huizhou in 2019.The Cu content in three black tea samples exceeded the national standard,with both Pi and Pc<0.7.The highest rank of health risk was caused by Mn,successively followed by Al>Cu>As>Pb>Zn>Cd>Cr,with all of eight THQ<1.The greatest haz⁃ard belonged to Oolong tea superior to black tea,green tea and black tea in order,with all of four HI<1.The situation of metal contamination in the local tea was similar to that situation in the tea sold.Conclusion There is a certain degree of metal pollu⁃tion in the tea sold in Huizhou,but without obvious health risks for eaters.The major health risks derive from two metal ele⁃ments such as Mn and Al,with a total contribution rate of 85.19%,which should be preferentially focused and controlled.The pollution status of metals in tea still needs to be monitored continuously.
