摘要
综述了土壤肥力的水分含量、土壤空气、土壤温度等物理因子与土壤pH、土壤养分状态等化学因子对茶叶品质的影响,同时,指出了土壤有机质含量低,土壤酸化严重是影响茶叶品质的主要因子。增施有机肥,改良土壤结构,创造良好的水、肥、气、热相互协调的土壤环境,是获得茶叶高产优质的保证。
The paper reviewed the relation between soil water, sioil air, soil tempreture, soil pH, soil nutritions conditions etc. and tea quality. It pointed out the main factors that effect the tea quality were lower content of organic matter, badly soil acidification. It could guarantee fruitful and high quality tea by increase organic fertilizer content,improving soil structure and creating coherent as well as adapted environment among such elements as water, fertilizer, air, heat.
