摘要
广西汽车集团是广西大型的汽车企业之一,目前公司出口产品种类较少,不足以独立支撑一个国外经销商的发展需求。为此,公司计划基于现有纯电动厢式运输车平台,开发汽油微型厢式运输车和微型客车,以完善公司产品体系,增强国外经销商信心,支持经销商做强做大。通过对中国出口的畅销微型汽车产品进行分析,找出国内汽车出口的优缺点,结合市场调研对区域法规及市场需求的了解,为公司汽油微型厢式运输车和微型客车的开发策略提供相应对策。
Guangxi Automobile Group is one of the large-scale automobile enterprises in Guangxi.At present,there are few kinds of products exported by the company,which cannot independently support the development needs of a foreign dealer.Therefore,the company plans to develop gasoline minivans and mini cargo van based on the existing platform of pure electric vans,so as to improve the company's product system,enhance the confidence of foreign dealers and support dealers to become stronger and bigger.Through the analysis of the best-selling mini-van products exported from China,the advantages and disadvantages of domestic automobile export are found out,and the corresponding countermeasures are provided for the development strategy of the company's gasoline minivans and mini cargo vans based on the understanding of regional regulations and market demand through market research.
