摘要
研究不同Ag含量的AgCuNi合金、AgCuNiRE合金、H59铜+AuCoNi镀层等多种电接触材料与导电滑环使用寿命之间的关系。结果表明,导电滑环运动过程中受到机械磨损和电气磨损的双重耦合作用,Ag含量为90%时,导电环HV101和电刷丝HV187.1获得最佳的硬度配合,机械磨损最小;同时,Ag90Cu6Ni中添加稀土元素RE可以阻止合金材料内部晶格缺陷的产生和扩展,提高电接触材料相对运动时的耐磨性和导电性,减小机械磨损和电气磨损,将导电滑环的寿命提高85%,达1 000万转。
The relationship between the service life of conductive slip ring and various electrical contact materials such as AgCuNi alloy,AgCuNiRE alloy,H59 copper+AuCoNi coating with different Ag content was studied.The results show that the conductive slip ring will be subjected to the dual coupling effect of mechanical wear and electrical wear in the process of motion.When the Ag content is 90%,the conductive ring HV101 and brush wire HV187.1 have the best hardness matching to reduce the mechanical wear;at the same time,the addition of re in ag90cu6ni can prevent the generation and expansion of lattice defects in the alloy material and improve the relative motion of the electrical contact material The wear resistance and electrical conductivity of the ring are improved,and the mechanical and electrical wear are reduced.The service life of the ring is increased by 85%to 10 million revolutions.
