摘要
目的探讨电针治疗联合腰背肌锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年9月郑州中医骨伤病医院收治的110例LDH患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为联合组(55例)和常规组(55例),常规组接受腰背肌锻炼治疗,联合组接受电针联合腰背肌锻炼治疗。比较两组总有效率、治疗前和治疗4周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本矫形外科学会(JOA)腰痛评分、血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果联合组总有效率(92.73%)高于常规组(76.36%)(P<0.05);治疗4周联合组VAS评分低于常规组,JOA评分高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗4周联合组血清β-EP水平高于常规组,NO水平低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗4周联合组血清SOD水平高于常规组,MDA水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗联合腰背肌锻炼治疗LDH患者效果显著,可通过调节机体血清SOD、MDA、β-EP、NO水平减轻疼痛,提高腰椎功能。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on the basis of lumbar back muscle exercise in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 110 LDH patients from April 2018 to September 2019 in Zhengzhou traditional Chinese hospital of orthopaedics were selected as research objects,and they were divided into a combined group(55 cases)and a conventional group(55 cases)according to the random drawing method.The conventional group received back muscle exercise treatment,and the combined group received electric acupuncture combined with back muscle exercise.The total effective rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)before and 4 weeks of treatment,the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)low back pain score,serumβ-endorphin(β-EP),nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group(92.73%)was higher than that of the conventional group(76.36%)(P<0.05).The VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group after 4 weeks of treatment,and the JOA score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The level ofβ-EP was higher than that of the conventional group,and the level of NO was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The serum SOD level of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the MDA level was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with lower back muscle exercise is effective in treating LDH patients.It can reduce pain and improve lumbar spine function by adjusting the body’s serum SOD,MDA,β-EP and NO levels.
