摘要
目的:研究CT引导下背根神经节周围注射复方倍他米松+甲钴胺+丹参注射液治疗腰根性神经痛患者的疗效。方法:选择我院接收的30例腰根性神经痛患者作为研究对象,均采用CT引导下背根神经节周围注射复方倍他米松+甲钴胺+丹参注射液治疗,分析最终的治疗效果及发生的不良反应。结果:经治疗后显效率是30.00%;有效率是56.66%;无效率13.33%,总有效率是86.66%;不良反应发生率6.66%。结论:CT引导下背根神经节周围注射复方倍他米松+甲钴胺+丹参注射液治疗腰根性神经痛患者能改善预后且缓解疼痛。
Objective:To study the efficacy of CT-guided compound betamethasone in the treatment of patients with lumbar neuralgia.Methods:Thirty patients with lumbar neuralgia received by our hospital were selected as subjects. CT-guided dorsal root ganglion was injected with compound betamethasone + mecobalamin + salvia miltiorrhiza injection to analyze the final therapeutic effect and occurrence. Adverse reactions.Results:The effective rate after treatment was 30.00%;the effective rate was 56.66%;the inefficiency was 13.33%, the total effective rate was 86.66%;the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.66%.Conclusion:CT-guided injection of compound betamethasone + mecobalamin + salvia miltiorrhiza injection in patients with lumbar neuralgia can improve prognosis and relieve pain.
