摘要
本科生导师制的推行,对人才的培养起到了极大的促进作用。然而,学生在选择导师的过程中具有比较大的主观性,导致学生在后续学习过程中不能充分发挥自己的优势。通过构建优势结构模型,分别计算出对项目引导型、实践创新型、技能竞赛型、综合实力型导师的理想结构;利用专家和自我评价综合得到学生的理想结构;以二者理想结构之间的差异度为出发点,利用匈牙利指派方法,构建最佳的师生匹配模型;最终利用物流专业学生为例证明模型的可行性。
In this paper,by constructing a strength structure model,we calculated the ideal strength structure of tutors of different types,including project-guided tutors,practice-innovative tutors,skills-competition-oriented tutors and comprehensive tutors,and obtained comprehensively the ideal strength structure of the students through expert evaluation and self-evaluation.Next,in view of the difference between the two,we built the optimal teacher-student matching model using the Hungarian assignment method.Finally,taking the logistics major students as example,we proved the feasibility of the model.
