摘要
取水在线监控系统建设是水资源精细化管理的重要手段。中山市积极推动水资源管理工作,以“先急后缓,以点带面”的原则,分两期开展中山市取水在线监控系统建设,使水资源管理由“静态管理”向“动态管理”转变。简述了中山市取水在线监控系统建设,结合解决系统运维问题,提出建立运维管理制度、加强技术培训、提高管理水平、提升运维管理效率、规范计量设施使用与检定、落实维护经费等建议,为取水在线监控系统运维提供参考。
The construction of online water intake monitoring system is an important means for water resources delicacy management.Zhongshan City actively promotes the work of water resources management.According to the principle of"first urgent,then slow,point to area",Zhongshan city carries out the construction of water intake online monitoring system in two phases,so as to change the water resources management from"static management"to"dynamic management".This paper briefly introduces the construction of Zhongshan water online monitoring system,combining with the operation and maintenance problems of the system,puts forward some suggestions establishing operation and maintenance management system,strengthening technical training,improving management level,improving operation and maintenance management efficiency,standardizing the use and verification of measurement facilities,implementing maintenance funds guarantee and so on,for the operation and maintenance of water online monitoring system.
