摘要
吴江区现状用水量已接近苏州市下达的总量控制指标,用水形势严峻。如何做好水资源管理工作,提升管理能力,促进全区规范取水、高效用水,有效解决用水总量余量不足问题,是新形势下提出的现实问题。本文针对吴江区现状水资源管理及节约用水工作推动难点,提出了几点思考和建议,以期对吴江区进一步加强区域水资源管理能力,提升节约用水工作水平有所参考价值。
The current water consumption in Wujiang District is close to the total amount control index issued by Suzhou City,and the water consumption situation is grim.How to do a good job in water resources management,improve management ability,promote standardized water intake and efficient water use in the whole region,and effectively solve the problem of insufficient surplus of total water consumption is a realistic problem under the new situation.In view of the difficulties in promoting water resources management and water conservation in Wujiang District,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions,with a view to further strengthening the regional water resources management capacity and improving the level of water conservation in Wujiang District.
