摘要
随着我国市场经济的迅速发展,粮食安全问题的核心已经从数量安全转向质量安全,因此对确保粮食质量安全的研究也变得更加紧迫和重要。本文主要从粮食检验中存在的农药残留严重、金属污染以及真菌霉素等问题进行分析,论述了粮食检验工作的重要意义,探究了应对粮食质量安全问题的有效对策,期望可以为粮食检验后续的研究提供一定的参考。
With the rapid development of China’s market economy,the core of food security has been transformed from quantity security to quality security.Therefore,research on ensuring food quality and security has become more urgent and important.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of serious pesticide residues,metal pollution and mycomycin in food inspection,discusses the significance of food inspection,and explores the effective countermeasures to deal with the problems of food quality and safety.It is expected to provide some reference for the follow-up research of grain inspection.
