摘要
为优化散粮专用码头装卸技术,合理安排人员定额,提高劳动生产率,降低劳动成本及促进港口企业高质量发展,以散粮专用码头设施和装卸机械设备为切入点,通过梳理散粮装卸系统工艺流程,依据散粮装卸工艺、组织结构、管理职能及岗位设置等相关要素进行劳动定员。实践结果表明,装卸工艺与劳动定员的应用能够促使散粮装卸规范有序,实现安全生产标准化,有效提高散粮装卸效率,合理控制劳动成本,为港口企业带来直接的经济效益。
In order to optimize the cargo-handling technology of the specialized bulk grain wharf,make the manpower quota reasonable,improve labor productivity,reduce labor cost,and promote the high-quality development of port enterprises.Based on bulk grain wharf facilities and cargo-handling machinery and equipment as the entry point,through sorting out the bulk grain loading and unloading system process,the labor appointment is conducted according to the bulk grain loading and unloading process,organizational structure,management function,post setting and other relevant factors.Practical results show that the application of loading and unloading technology and labor quota can promote the standardization of loading and unloading bulk grain and safety production,effectively improve the cargo-handling efficiency of bulk grain,reasonably control the labor cost,and bring direct economic benefits to port enterprises.
