摘要
该文针对行业内对港口企业大型装卸机械设备运行状态的自动监测需求,基于物联网采集、传输技术,研究港口大型装卸机械设备运行状态的监测与传输技术方案,方案研究具体包括针对港区作业特点,开展整体框架研究、功能组成研究、关键性设备选型研究、与保养系统和相关作业系统的对接方式研究。并在此基础上研制一套面向多并发、高异质的综合性采集平台软件原型。该软件原型可实现对港口作业的典型性港机设备、空压设备、移动远程控制点等主要机械设备所关注的运行状态信息实现动态远程采集和自动汇聚分析。通过实证方式验证整体方案和相关软、硬件成果的有效性。该研究可有效地扫除港口干散货自动化生产线设备运行监测“盲区”,为保障主体设备运行的可用性、可靠性,进而为保障港口生产作业效率提供技术支撑。
In response to the industry’s demand for automatic monitoring of the operation status of large-scale loading and unloading machinery and equipment in port enterprises,this paper studies the monitoring and transmission technical solutions for the operation status of large-scale loading and unloading machinery and equipment in ports based on the collection and transmission technology of the Internet of Things.The program research specifically includes the port area operation characteristics,carry out overall framework research,functional composition research,key equipment selection research,and research on the docking method with maintenance systems and related operating systems.On this basis,a set of software prototypes of a comprehensive collection platform oriented to multiple concurrency and high heterogeneity are developed.The software prototype can realize dynamic remote collection and automatic aggregation analysis of the operating status information of major mechanical equipment such as typical port machinery equipment,air compressor equipment,and mobile remote control points in port operations.Empirically verify the effectiveness of the overall program and related software and hardware results.The application of this achievement can effectively eliminate the"blind area"of equipment operation monitoring of the automatic production line of dry bulk cargo in the port,and provide technical support for ensuring the availability and reliability of the operation of the main equipment,and then ensuring the efficiency of port production operations.
