玉竹是药食两用植物,具有独特的营养价值和保健功效,在日常保健领域具有良好的发展前景。本文从玉竹资源分布、保健功效、食用方式、应用前景等方面进行介绍,为玉竹作为保健食品原料开发利用提供参考。
Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Durce is a medicine and food plant with unique nutritional value and health care function,and has a good development prospect in the field of daily health care.This paper introduced the distribution of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)durce resources,health care function,mode of use and sustainable use of resources in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)durce as health food raw materials.
