摘要
目的调查分析四川大学华西口腔医院牙体牙髓病科本科临床实习现状和存在问题,探索口腔医学本科临床实习改革方法,为提高口腔医学教育质量提供线索与理论依据。方法随机抽取近5年在四川大学华西口腔医院牙体牙髓病科完成本科临床实习的学员151名进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验等深入分析影响实习效果的关键因素。结果研究发现我院牙体牙髓病科现行考核方式(mini-CEX结合出科考核)能够合理评价学员是否达到相关实习要求,并对学员进一步提升自身临床诊疗能力有较大帮助。是否具有前置临床实习经历与是否积极参与理论学习是影响我院牙体牙髓病科本科临床实习总体满意度的重要因素。结论此次调查结果显示四川大学华西口腔医院牙体牙髓病科本科实习总体满意度较高,对师资投入、科室管理以及考核等方面普遍满意度较高,同时也发现了一些在临床实习过程中有待改善的环节,通过针对性调整能够进一步提升本科临床实习质量。
Objective To investigate the current status and existing problems of undergraduate clinical training in the Department of Cariology and Endodontics in West China Hospital of Stomatology(Sichuan University),explore the improvements of dental undergraduate clinical training,and provide guidance and theoretical evidence for promoting the quality of stomatology education.Methods 151 students who completed the undergraduate clinical training in the Department of Cariology and Endodontics in West China Hospital of Stomatology(Sichuan University)in the past 5 years were randomly selected for the questionnaire survey.Chi-square test was used to analyze the key factors affecting the effectiveness of the clinical training.Results The study found that the current assessment(combination of miniCEX and theoretical examination)of the Department of Cariology and Endodontics in our hospital evaluated the effectiveness of clinical training objectively,beneficial for further improvement of capabilities of diagnosis and treatments.The experience of pre-clinical practice and participation in theoretical learning played essential roles in general satisfaction degree of undergraduate clinical training.Conclusion A high level of satisfaction of undergraduate clinical training,including teacher arrangement,department management and performance assessment,was demonstrated in the present study.Besides,some adjustments and improvements are needed to enhance the quality of undergraduate clinical training.
