摘要
中药用于治疗过敏性疾病具有疗效肯定、安全、不良反应少、复发率低的优点。氧化苦参碱、蛇床子素、荆芥挥发油、黄芩苷、地肤子总皂苷、木犀草素、苜蓿素、芍药苷、白鲜皮水提物、辛夷醇提物、麻黄素等是常用抗过敏中药中的主要活性物质,主要用于皮肤科、呼吸科、耳鼻喉科等。本文综述了抗过敏中药的研究现状,为新制剂的研发提供参考。
Some traditional Chinese medicine for allergy has the advantages of definite curative effect,safety,fewer adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.Oxymatrine,osthol,Schizonepeta tenuifolia essential oil,baicalin,total saponins of Kochia scoparia,luteolin,alfalfa,paeoniflorin,aqueous extract of cortex dictamni,alcohol extract of Magnolia,ephedrine and so on are the main active substances in commonly used anti allergic traditional Chinese medicine.These herbs are commonly used in Department of Dermatology,Respiratory,and ENT.This paper reviewed the research status of antiallergic traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for new preparations.
