摘要
2018年1月1日,作为中国第一部图书馆管理专门法《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》正式施行,这对于全面建成小康社会背景下,未来图书馆事业发展有着积极重要的意义。后“公共图书馆法”时代,高校图书馆应该从转变服务理念、构建个性化信息技术服务平台、开发多样化服务模式以及面向社会提供社会化服务等方面采取措施,以应对《公共图书馆法》的出台给高校图书馆带来的机遇和挑战。
On January 1,2018,Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China,as the first spe-cial law of library management in China,was formally implemented,which has a positive significance for the future development of library cause under the background of building a moderately prosperous society.In the post Public Library Law era,it is necessary for university libraries to take measures from the aspects of changing service concepts,building personalized information technology service platforms,developing di-versified service modes and providing socialized service for the society,so as to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought to university libraries by Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China.
