摘要
知识的力量对于经济发展所起的作用日益强大,社会大众对知识的渴求,对高校图书馆的诉求与日俱增。2018年1月1日国家首次出台《公共图书馆法》,从此法律规定和提倡高校图书馆可以根据自身情况面向社会开放。随着共享时代的到来,开放社会服务是时代发展的必然要求。因此,文章从多个角度阐明了社会大众共享高校图书馆的意义和必要性,并在此基础上提出了可行性办法。
The power of knowledge plays a more and more important role in the development of economy.The public’s desire for knowledge and the demand for university libraries are increasing day by day.On January 1,2018,our country promulgated Public Library Law for the first time.Since then,it stipulated and advocated that university libraries could be open to the society according to their own conditions.With the advent of the era of sharing,opening social service is the inevitable requirement of the development of the era.Therefore,the paper expounds the significance and necessity of university libraries’sharing with the public from many perspectives,and puts forward feasible methods based on this.
