无黏结剂整体式沸石分子筛的制备及其催化应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 为了获得适宜形状和尺寸的分子筛,工业上合成的粉末或颗粒状沸石分子筛一般需要加入黏结剂来制备成整体式结构,但黏结剂的加入会覆盖沸石分子筛活性位点,堵塞部分孔道,甚至引发一系列的副反应。因此,开发具有良好性能的无黏结剂整体式沸石分子筛是目前研究的热点方向之一。笔者系统地介绍了无黏结剂整体式沸石分子筛的2种合成方法:直接合成法和黏结剂转化法;以及无黏结剂整体式沸石分子筛的3种成型技术:固载化技术、自成型技术和3D打印技术。概述了无黏结剂整体式沸石分子筛在废气净化、石油化工和生物燃料转化等催化领域的相关应用,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。 In order to obtain suitable shape and size,industrial synthesis of powdered or granular zeolites generally adds binders to generate monolithic structure.However,the addition of binders usually covers the active sites of zeolites,blocks some pores and even causes series of side reactions.Therefore,the development of binderless zeolites with good performance is a current research hotspot.In this paper,two synthesis methods of binderless monolith zeolites were introduced systematically,including direct synthesis method and binder conversion method,respectively.Moreover,three molding technologies of binderless monolith zeolites,immobilization technology,self-molding technology and 3D printing technology are also reported.The catalytic fields of binderless monolith zeolites in waste gas purification,petrochemical industry and biofuel conversion were summarized and future outlook.
