摘要
基于福州市房产数据现状及信息化建设的需求,提出应用同名地物要素的空间位置匹配及调整变换的方式来辅助完成多源异构房产数据的融合。在多源异构数据融合的过程中,以多源异构房产空间数据的匹配融合为基础,在此基础上结合房产业务属性数据编码融合、时效性融合以及部分人工处理辅助的方法,从而实现了福州市多源异构房产数据的融合统一。
Based on the current situation of the real estate data in Fuzhou and the needs of information construction,the paper proposes the method of matching and adjusting the spatial position of the elements with the same name to assist the fusion of multi-source heterogeneous real estate data.In the process of multi-source and heterogeneous data fusion,based on the matching and fusion of multi-source and heterogeneous real estate spatial data,the integration and unification of multi-source and heterogeneous real estate data in Fuzhou is realized by combining the methods of real estate business attribute data encoding fusion,timeliness fusion and some manual processing assistance.
