摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提升,消费者对功能性饮料提出了更高的要求。杜仲作为一种名贵的滋补药材,如何在饮料加工制作中合理运用并发挥出良好的排毒利尿、降血脂血压以及增强免疫力的作用成为目前研究的方向之一。本文将在已有的工艺基础上进一步对杜仲及其在饮料加工中的应用展开分析与探讨。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people have put forward a greater demand for the consumption experience of functional beverages.Eucommia ulmoides is a kind of precious nourishing medicinal material,through rational use of it in beverage processing,it can exert its good detoxification and diuresis,lowering blood lipid and blood pressure and enhancing immunity.This article will further analyze and discuss Eucommia ulmoides and its application in beverage processing.
