摘要
运用传统人工分选系统技术对废旧锌锰干电池黑色物质中的氯化锌、二氧化锰、碳棒、锌皮等物质进行分类回收利用,制备出锌盐、锰盐。其中锌的回收率为97.96%,锰的回收率为43.07%,同时利用回收得到的二氧化锰,来探究对孔雀石绿溶液在不同环境条件下脱色率的影响。实验发现,当反应温度为45℃,溶浸时间为35 min时,此时二氧化锰对孔雀石绿溶液脱色率效果达到95.72%。
Zinc salt and manganese salt were prepared by classifying and recycling zinc chloride,manganese dioxide,carbon rod and zinc peel in the black material of waste zinc-manganese dry battery using traditional manual sorting system technology.The recovery rate of zinc was 97.96%,and the recovery rate of manganese was 43.07%.At the same time,the recovery of manganese dioxide was used to explore the influence of decolorization rate of malachite green solution under different environmental conditions.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 45℃and the leaching time was 35 min,the decolorization rate of malachite green solution reached 95.72%.
