摘要
目的:建立全自动间断化学分析仪法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中的磷含量。方法:采用湿法消解样品,以钒钼酸铵作为显色剂,通过全自动间断化学分析仪(λ=420 nm)自动测定磷含量。结果:磷含量浓度在1.50~15.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);低、中、高3个浓度的平均回收率分别为89.8%、93.9%、98.4%;精密度(RSD)分别为1.4%、2.4%;本方法与国标方法的检测结果一致。结论:本方法操作简单、试剂用量少,可用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中磷含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of phosphorus content in infant formula milk powder by Automatic Discrete Analyzer Cleverchem. Methods: The samples were treated by acid digestion, color development with vanadium ammonium molybdate as color developer. The content of phosphorus was determined by Automatic Discrete Analyzer Cleverchem(λ=420 nm). Results: Phosphorus had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.50~15.0 mg/L. The average recoveries of low, medium and high concentrations were 89.8 %, 93.9 %, 98.4 %, respectively. The relative standard deviation(RSD) were 1.4 % and 2.4 %. The results of this method and the national standard method were consistent. Conclusion: This method is simple, less reagent dosage, which can be used for determining the content of phosphorus in infant formula milk powder.
