摘要
目的:探讨肛周脓肿术后患者的护理措施。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治肛周脓肿患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组水肿、疼痛及排便通畅评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛周脓肿患者术后开展综合护理,可有效提高手术效果,提高患者生活质量,改善患者预后。
Objective:To explore the nursing measures of postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,120 patients with perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of edema,pain and smooth defecation in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for perianal abscess patients after surgery can effectively improve the surgical effect,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients.
