摘要
目的探讨综合护理对肛周脓肿患者护理满意度与术后并发症的影响研究。方法将2018年1月-2020年3月在深圳市中医肛肠医院肛肠科治疗的90例肛周脓肿手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合护理,对比两组的并发症发生率、疼痛情况、护理满意率。结果观察组尿潴留、肛周剧烈疼痛、切口感染、便秘等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后伤口及伤口换药的VAS疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、心理功能、睡眠质量、自理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对肛周脓肿患者有良好效果,不仅能明显缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意率,同时对改善患者预后起着积极意义。
Objective To explore and research effect of comprehensive nursing on nursing satisfaction degree and postoperative complications of perianal abscess patients.Methods The paper chose 90 cases perianal abscess patients treated in anorectal department of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with comprehensive nursing.Incidence of complications,pain and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Complications incidence of urinary retention,perianal severe pains,incision infection and constipation in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).VAS pain scores of wound and dressing change in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);scores of physiological function,psychological function,sleep quality and self-care ability in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can achieve good effect on perianal abscess patients,relieve pains,reduce incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction degree significantly,with positive role in improving prognosis of patients.
