摘要
目的:分析营养护理干预对CCU急诊PCI患者的效果。方法:2017年12月-2019年6月在CCU接受PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予营养护理。比较两组并发症发生率、体液免疫指标及细胞免疫指标水平。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4/CD8水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对CCU急诊PCI患者实施营养护理干预,对改善患者免疫功能、减少并发症发生率均具有重要作用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nutrition nursing intervention on emergency PCI patients in CCU.Methods:From December 2017 to June 2019,84 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received PCI in CCU were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given nutrition nursing.The incidence of complications,humoral immunity indexes and cellular immunity indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(^(+)),CD4^(+),CD4/CD8 in the observation group were higher than the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional nursing intervention for CCU emergency PCI patients plays an important role in improving the immune function of patients and reducing the incidence of complications.
