摘要
目的浅析漂浮电极导管法临时心脏起搏器植入术在ICU中的应用。方法选取我院自2017年3月至2019年3月收治的20例临时心脏起搏器植入患者,在X线透视下进行临时心脏起搏器置入。观察患者经过心脏起搏器的植入情况、植入效果以及不良反应发生率。结果所有患者全部成功起搏,对患者进行手术平均时间(10.15±1.08)min。患者并未出现气胸、血胸、心肌穿孔等严重并发症情况发生。其中1例患者转为永久起搏,1例患者家属放弃抢救并选择出院,2例患者虽然起搏成功但因脏器功能衰竭而死亡。结论采用漂浮电极导管法对ICU中患者进行临时心脏起搏器进行植入具有更好的效果,提高了患者术中的安全性,降低了可能发生的不良反应,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application of temporary cardiac pacemaker implantation with floating electrode catheter in ICU.Methods Twenty patients with temporary pacemaker implantation were selected from March 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital,and temporary pacemaker implantation was performed under X-ray fluoroscopy.The implantation of pacemaker,the effect of implantation and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results All patients were paced successfully.The average time of operation was(10.15±1.08)minutes.No severe complications such as pneumothorax,hemothorax and myocardial perforation occurred.One patient turned to permanent pacing,one patient’s family members gave up rescue and chose to leave hospital,and two patients died of organ failure despite successful pacing.Conclusion Floating electrode catheter implantation for temporary cardiac pacemaker in ICU has better effect,improves the safety of patients,reduces the possible adverse reactions,and is worthy of wide application.
