摘要
目的对广州市2015—2019年恙虫病流行特征进行分析,为指导恙虫病防控提供科学依据。方法对中国疾病预防控制信息系统中报告的广州市2015—2019年恙虫病病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果广州市2015—2019年共报告恙虫病病例3902例,其中死亡2例,年均报告发病率5.583/10万,近5年发病率波动较小,2018年发病率最高,达6.387/10万;发病主要集中在5—11月,占88.90%;发病呈明显的空间聚集性,病例主要集中城郊或农村区域。发病人群主要为40岁及以上年龄组,占总报告率的84.75%;职业以农民为主,占51.49%。结论广州市2015—2019年恙虫病发病处于较高水平,城郊或农村区域是高风险和重点防控区域,应加强对恙虫病的监测和防治。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of tsutsugamushi disease in Guangzhou from 2015 to 2019,and provide scientific basis to the prevention and control of tsutsugamushi disease.Methods The tsutsugamushi disease cases reported in Chinese Information System for Disease Prevention and Control from 2015 to 2019 were collected and analyzed with descriptive epidemiology methods.Results A total of 3902 tsutsugamushi disease cases in Guangzhou City from 2015 to 2019 were reported,including 2 death cases,annual average reported incidence 5.583/100000,the incidence rate fluctuated insignificantly in the past 5 years,and the incidence rate hit the peak in 2018,being 6.387/100000.The onset time was mainly concentrated from May to November,accounting for 88.90%.The incidence showed obvious spatial clustering,and the cases were dominatingly distributed in the suburbs or rural areas.The cases of tsutsugamushi disease concentrated in the age group of 40 and above,accounting for 84.75%of total incidence rate reported,the cases were dominated by peasants,accounting for 51.49%.Conclusion The incidence of tsutsugamushi disease in Guangzhou is at a high level.The suburban or rural areas are high-risk and key prevention and control areas,and the surveillance and prevention of tsutsugamushi disease should be strengthened.
