摘要
轨道站点影响区划分是轨道站点客流预测和土地利用布局的关键前提。文章基于武汉市轨道交通接驳出行调查,分析轨道接驳出行结构和接驳距离,运用成本加权距离分析方法划分轨道站点的多级影响区。结果表明:基于直线的缓冲区生成方法往往高估了影响区范围,基于成本加权距离方法划分站点影响区更符合实际﹔步行、自行车、公交车是3种最主要接驳方式;接驳方式结构和接驳距离存在空间分异性;不同站点影响区内接驳方式结构有较大差异。
The delimitation of the station influence area is the key to forecast the railway station ridership and plan the land use layout around stations.Based on the survey of Wuhan railway transit access travel survey,this paper analyzes the structure of mode share and access distance,and then uses the cost distance spatial analysis method to delimit the multi-level influence area of the railway station.The results show that the line-based buffer generation method tends to overestimate the size of the influence area.The scope of cost distance-based station influence area is more accurate than that of line-based station influence area.It is found that walking,bicycle and bus are the three most important access modes.It suggests that there is apparent spatial difference in mode share structure and access distance.The mode share structure are virous for multi-level influence area of the railway station.
