摘要
轨道交通站点周边的土地是公共交通导向发展(transit oriented development,TOD)模式规划的重点区域,合理优化该区域对城市可持续发展有重要意义。通过非支配排序遗传算法-Ⅱ(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)优化深圳市沙井站周边800 m的土地利用格局,结果表明:优化后的土地以居住用地为主,呈现商居混用的格局,土地开发强度、紧凑度、均衡度和客流生产率都有明显提升,符合TOD理念,有实际的参考价值。
Land around subway stations is the key area of Transit oriented development(TOD)planning.It is significant to optimize such area reasonably in aspect of sustainable urban development.Applying non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ),this paper optimizes the pattern of land use within 800 meters around the Shajing station in Shenzhen.The results show that residential land predominates in optimized land,and a commercial-residential pattern presents.Land development intensity,compactness,evenness and ridership improve significantly,which conforms to the ideals of TOD and has practical reference value.
