摘要
目的探讨对艾滋病产妇予以母婴阻断产科护理措施的价值。方法选取2016年11月至2018年12月东莞市滨海湾中心医院4例艾滋病产妇,全部为自然分娩,年龄(27.32±2.16)岁。对其予以全面母婴阻断产科护理措施,重点进行人性化护理和艾滋病知识宣教,避免婴儿感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)。结果4例艾滋病产妇生产的婴儿,经过18个月检测和观察,其HIV抗体检测结果均为阴性。结论对艾滋病产妇予以母婴阻断产科护理措施,可使产妇对艾滋病知识的认知度提升,进而有效地阻断HIV传播。
Objective To investigate the value of mother-infant interruption obstetric nursing intervention in puerperant with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Methods From November 2016 to December 2018,4 puerperant with AIDS in Binhaiwan Central Hospital of Dongguan were selected as the object of study,all natural delivery,with an age of(27.32±2.16)years old.All patients were given mother-infant interruption obstetric nursing intervention,and the nursing care focused on humanistic nursing care and AIDS knowledge education,to avoid infants infected by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Result After 18 months of testing and observation,it was found that HIV antibody test results of 4 infants born by AIDS puerperant were all negative.Conclusion The application of mother-infant interruption obstetric nursing intervention in puerperant with AIDS can improve the awareness of AIDS knowledge and then effectively block the spread of HIV.
