摘要
根据化工总控工国家职业资格鉴定考试的内容,结合日常教学中遇到的关于精馏塔仿真操作的若干问题进行解析。要求学生学好单元操作的原理,在仿真操作时能够检查出各参数的变化情况,清楚各工艺参数之间的相互影响因素,掌握调节与控制的方法,理论结合实际,从而实现日常培训与考试的有效衔接,达到培养合格化工人才的目的。
According to the contents of national occupational qualification examination for chemical control worker certificate, combining with some problems encountered in daily teaching to analysis.Students generally are required to Learn the principle of unit operations,they can detect the change of the parameters when that simulation operation, understand the interactions among the process parameters, master the methods of adjustment and control, and link theory with practice so as to realize the effective connection of daily training and examination, while achieving the goal of cultivating qualified chemical engineering talents.
