基于摩擦对GH5188高温合金环件热轧椭圆度的预测与控制 被引量:7

摘要 基于ABAQUS软件平台建立了GH5188高温合金环件热轧热力耦合三维有限元模型,分析了摩擦对GH5188高温合金环件热轧成形过程中环件椭圆度的影响规律。结果表明,随着驱动辊摩擦系数的增大,环件外圆椭圆度先增大后减小,环件内圆椭圆度呈波浪形曲线变化;随着芯辊摩擦系数增大,环件外圆椭圆度整体上呈减小趋势,环件内圆椭圆度先减小后增大;随着锥辊摩擦系数的增大,环件外圆的椭圆度先增大后减小,而环件内圆的椭圆度变化趋势不明显。进而基于正交实验优化设计,获得了驱动辊、芯辊和锥辊摩擦系数的最优值,驱动辊摩擦系数推荐取值为0.45,芯辊摩擦系数推荐取值为0.3,锥辊摩擦系数推荐取值为0.25。 Based on the ABAQUS software platform,a three-dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled finite element model of hot rolling of GH5188 superalloy ring part was established,and the influence of friction on ring part ovality during hot rolling forming process of GH5188 superalloy alloy ring was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of friction coefficient of driving roll,the excircle ovality of ring part first increases and then decreases,and the inner circle ovality of ring part changes in a wave-shaped curve;with the increase of friction coefficient of core roll,the excircle ovality of ring part shows decreasing tendency on the whole,and the inner circle ovality of ring part firstly decreases and then increases;with the increase of friction coefficient of conical roll,the excircle ovality of ring part firstly increases and then decreases,while the change tendency of inner circle ovality of ring part is not significant.And then,based on the optimization design of orthogonal experiment,the optimal values of friction coefficient of driving roll,core roll and conical roll were obtained.The recommended value of friction coefficient of driving roll is 0.45,the recommended value of friction coefficient of core roll is 0.3,and the recommended value of friction coefficient of conical roll is 0.25.
