摘要
目的:编制健康教育专业能力培训效果评价量表,评价其信度和效度。方法:本研究以参加健康教育专业培训的学员为研究对象。经文献研读、专家咨询、访谈和讨论,编制形成36个条目的初始量表。通过577名参加健康教育专业培训班的学员对培训效果质量进行测评,运用内部一致性、重测信度、内容效度、因子分析等方法来分析评估量表的信效度。结果:量表Cronbach’sα为0.984,各维度Cronbach’sα介于0.885~0.954之间。重测信度Pearson相关系数为0.887。因子分析的KMO统计量为0.958,提取的7个公因子可解释63.059%的方差变异。各条目与所属维度的相关系数均高于0.5,相关性有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:所编制的健康教育专业能力培训效果评价量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于评价健康教育专业能力培训的培训质量。
OBJECTIVE To develop a effectiveness evaluation scale for health education professional ability training,and to as⁃sess its reliability and validity.METHODS The respondents were recruited from participants in health education professional train⁃ing.Initial 36 items of the scale draft were generated on the basis of literature review,experts consultation,interview and discus⁃sion.Totally 577 participants in health education professional training were selected to evaluate the quality of training effect.Inter⁃nal consistency,test-retest reliability,content and construct validities were used to assess psychometric properties of the scale.RE⁃SULTS The Cronbach’sαvalue of the scale was 0.984,and that of each dimension of the scale ranged from 0.885 to 0.954.Test-retest reliability was 0.887.The seven common factors predicted that 63.059%of the total variance and KMO(Kaiser-Mey⁃er-Olkin)statistic was 0.958 in the factor analysis.The correlations between each item and its dimension were higher than 0.5.CONCLUSION The effectiveness evaluation scale for health education professional ability training had acceptable reliability,validi⁃ty,and could be applied to evaluate the quality for health education professional ability training.
