摘要
甘肃省庆阳市与长庆油田在40多年的合作历程中,有着共同的利益,也有过分歧。正确认识地企关系中这些分歧与摩擦,对于融洽双方关系,创建“和谐典范、模范油区”有着重要的作用。主要论述以实施包容性发展战略为核心的全国“和谐典范油区”创建的背景、内涵和做法以及实施效果。
In the course of more than 40 years of cooperation,Qingyang and Changqing Oilfield in Gansu Province have common interests and conflicts and differences.It is important to understand the differences and friction in the local enterprise relationship,which plays an important role in harmonizing the relationship between the two sides and creating a“harmonious model and model oil area”.The paper discusses the background,connotation,practice and implementation effect of the national“harmonious model oil area”with the implementation of inclusive development strategy as the core.
