责任制带教模式联合专题研讨教学法在心外科重症监护室护理实习带教中的应用效果及对手术质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨责任制带教模式联合专题研讨教学法在心外科重症监护室护理实习带教中的应用效果以及对手术质量的影响。方法将2017年6月至2019年7月在我院心外科重症监护室实习的60名定科护士作为研究对象,按照到院实习时间的不同将其分为对照组(2017年6月至2018年6月)与试验组(2018年7月至2019年7月),每组30例。对照组使用责任制带教模式,试验组在此基础上增加专题研讨教学法,比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组对教学方式的认可度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的理论知识、护患沟通、规范操作评分及总体成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组定科护士参与护理的手术患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任制带教模式联合专题研讨教学法用于心外科重症监护室定科护士的带教中效果显著,能够有效加深护士对理论知识的理解,促进实践操作与理论知识的结合。 Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system teaching mode combined with seminar teaching method on nursing practice in intensive care unit of cardiac surgery and its influence on operation quality.Methods A total of 60 scheduled nurses who practiced in intensive care unit of cardiac surgery of our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different internship time,the nurses were divided into control group(from June 2017 to June 2018)and experimental group(from July 2018 to July 2019),with 30 cases in each group.The control group used the responsibility system teaching mode,and the experimental group added the seminar teaching method on this basis.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recognition of teaching methods in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,nurse-patient communication,standardized operation and overall score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay of surgical patients nursed by scheduled nurses in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility system teaching mode combined with seminar teaching method for scheduled nurses of intensive care unit of cardiac surgery has a remarkable effect.It can effectively deepen nurses'understanding of theoretical knowledge and promote the combination of practical operation and theoretical knowledge.
