摘要
新时代中国共产党领导中国人民为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现第二个百年奋斗目标而接续奋斗。培育接续奋斗中国特色社会主义的青年一代是中国共产党青年教育的重要目标和时代任务。如何通过实施劳动教育培养新时代青年,成为中国共产党治国理政的关注点位。回顾党领导的青年劳动教育的百年发展进程,总结其演进逻辑与基本经验,汲取历史智慧,益于深入探究新时代“培养什么青年、怎样培养青年、为谁培养青年、靠谁培养青年”的理论命题和实践课题,进而为实现中国梦培育新时代的奋进者、开拓者和创新者,奠定人才之基。
In the new era,the Communist Party of China(CPC)leads the Chinese people to continue their struggle for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and achieve the second centenary goal.It is an important goal and task of the Communist Party of China to cultivate a generation of young people who will continue to struggle for socialism with Chinese characteristics for the development of youth education by the Communist Party of China.How to train the youth of the new era through the implementation of labor education has become the key point of the CPC's governance.Review of the party leadership of youth labor education history in one hundred,summarizes its evolution logic and basic experience,draw on historical wisdom,beneficial to delve into the new age with labor education to cultivate what youth,how to train the youth,for youth,who rely on who cultivate young theoretical propositions and practical subject,and then to realize China's dream to shape a new era of endeavour,pioneers and innovators.Reviewing the centennial historical process of youth labor education under the leadership of the party,summarizing its evolution logic and basic experience,and absorbing historical wisdom,It is beneficial to explore the theoretical proposition and practical topic of what kind of youth to be trained by labor education in the new era,how to train youth,for whom and by whom to train youth,so as to shape the pioneers and innovators of the new era to realize the Chinese dream.
