摘要
工程人才培养正在从专业技术知识的传承转变为对毕业生职业所需能力的培养,“课程思政”教学模式的目标和工程教育中综合素养的培育双向驱动,形成了共振效应。为此,要注重“课程思政”与工程教育中人才培养目标之间的互连互通关系,围绕“课程思政”所要求的价值培育、能力培养和知识传授的三维教学目标,深入挖掘专业课程中蕴含的思想政治教育元素,构建专业课程思政教学模式,进一步提高人才培养质量。
The concept of talent training is changing from the transfer of engineering and technical knowledge to the training of graduates'vocational abilities.The goals of the"course ideology and politics"teaching model and the talent training goal are in the same direction,and a resonance effect has formed.To this end,we must pay attention to the interconnected relationship between"course ideology and politics"and talent training goals,and focus on the three-in-one teaching goals of value shaping,ability development,and knowledge transfer required by"course ideology and politics"to conduct professional course ideology and politics construction of models,in-depth excavation of the ideological and political education elements contained in professional courses,further improving the quality of talent training,and focusing on the formation of productive gold courses.
